10.3 The arbitration shall take place in Polokwane, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
